In addition, PROMIS offers a platform for continuous interaction (physical and Virtual) among the SMEs and their consultants.

The PROMIS content has therefore been grouped into organisational commitment levels that SME's and consultants will identify with:

• my:PROMIS To buy a virtual workplace in which to define their own processes and manage their own company with the on-line assistance of consultants, where needed.

The Structure has been implemented to assist the SME to:

• understand where they are in relation to an Integrated Management system
• decide how far they wish to go
• gain access to cost effective support to enable them to progress.
